MHSA Committees

Finance/Executive Committee	Discipline Committee
It shall be the duty of this Committee to oversee all financial matters of the association. This committee shall prepare the Association’s Budget on a seasonal basis	The Committee may investigate written complaints or game infractions made respecting any Member or registrant of the Association. The committee shall render a decision in accordance with the MHSA governing documents within five (5) business days of the complete investigation.

Bylaw Committee	Technical Committee
It shall be the duty of this Committee to be responsible for all matters relating to the Bylaws and for proposed amendments thereto, This Committee shall receive and review all resolutions submitted to the Association and present them to the Membership at the AGM.	It shall be the duty of this Committee to be responsible for all matters relating to the development of players, coaches, referees and the game of soccer in general within the Boundaries of the Association

Nominations Committee	Fundraising Committee
It shall be the duty of each tournament committee to be responsible for the organization of their specific tournament. This committee shall ensure all MHSA tournaments are approved by the MHSA board of directors, sanctioned by ASA through the MHSA, well organized and well promoted for fun, friendly competition.	It shall be the duty of this committee to assists the Board of Directors in the planning, coordination and implementation of all fundraising and marketing activities in support of the programs, projects and actives of the Medicine Hat Soccer Association

It shall be the duty of this Committee to ensure all administrative aspects of the club program are aligned with the MHSA Vision, Mission and Strategic Plan.
